Application Conditions

Main Applicant is: 

· Over 18 years old Has certificate of no previous criminal activity

Enters the project as an investor

Provides bank deposit certificate (above the amount of investment)

Has a valid passport 

· Family members:

the main applicant’s legal spouse, children under 18, unmarried

and financially dependent children over 18 years of age, and financially

 dependent parents of the main applicant

Application Process

Quick, easy and reliable. As long as all paperwork is prepared, investors don’t need to enter Hungary before receiving their permits. All you and your family have to do is collect the documents needed and take part in a simple interview at the Hungarian consulate closest to your residence.

1. Signing the contract

2. Putting together the required documents

3. Project owner prepares all documents for the application and makes an appointment with the Hungarian Consulate.

4. Submitting the application and scanning of fingerprints

5. The Hungarian Immigration Bureau issues approval decision and the residence card

6. Project owner mails the residence card to the client by EMS.

7. The residence card is valid for 5 years.
